• 1x 90min-2hr zoom call every fortnight, recorded. (9 weeks of 1:1 coaching)

• In-between sessions- Mentoring through Voxer messaging app- for any questions and insights.
  This is for you to feel supported and to be connected to my frequency.

• Optional* At times there could be some suggested ‘homework’. The suggestions won’t be hard to execute but it will require a willingness and participation on your end. This is to give you an ‘action step’, provide sustainable change and keep you accountable on the journey, if you wish!
