What are you feeling underneath all the noise and chaos of the outside world?

This is not coaching as you know it.

I don’t teach you tools and techniques, although I can.

I don’t focus on goals or strategies, although I can.  

I’m not interested in the noise of the outside world, your accomplishments, achievements, status, or stories.

What I am curious of and motivated by,
is your inner world.
The connection to your heart and soul.
The connection to your intuition and the well of knowledge already within you.

You might find yourself reading this because you have done lots of self-development work, read all the books, taken classes, workshops, masterclasses, attended retreats.
You have done all the things.
Yet there is still a feeling of disconnect and dislocation.
Maybe there is a frantic feeling to keep ‘researching’, learning, absorbing but nothing is landing.
Nothing is changing.

I know this because this was me too.
I started to realise in my own journey that I would reach ‘capacity’ in myself that wouldn’t allow me to absorb any more information.
I would blank out at information, the noise, the constant intake of more and more tips, techniques, and tools.

I was numb to it.
I had enough.
I had reached my ‘edge’ of that learning cycle and couldn’t absorb anymore.

You see, we are aware of the tools and techniques we have within that we need to move forward.

We don’t need any more noise.

What we need is a space, where we are seen, valued, understood, and connected.

What we need is someone to remind us to connect in, someone to ask the questions that reconnect us back to our heart and how we truly feel moment to moment.

This takes patience, space and a mentor that is proficient in guiding you back to yourself again and again.
It is an unfolding,
slow and steadily,
releasing the layers and walls around the truth of your heart.

When I think back to all the coaches and mentors I have had over the years, the ones that have really stood out to me were the ones in deep connection and communication to their own hearts.

The ones who asked those questions that reminded me that I have all the answers I need, and all I needed was space and time to unpack all the chaos and noise around it.

Someone who could remind me who I am.

Remind me and delicately show me a different reality available to the reality I was currently living.
This gave me choice and the ability to become unstuck.

It gave me reconnection.

I became reorientated.

This is a continuous path that comes in cycles, it is not ‘completed’ once but rather you journey in a spiral, seemingly ‘coming back’ to the same place, that is in fact the upper level of the spiral cycling upwards.

I have walked this path many times- as a mentor and a student.
It is a continuous journey that you will go on, forever.
The more connection and communication you have with your inner world, the easier the journeys become.

and all that you have to do is remember that it is there.
